Didn't find the hippo either, but it says it's to be continued, maybe the hippo is late

While I was continuoulsy clicking the green block trying to get something to happen...(duh!) lo and behold the hippo walked by and I scooped him up. I guess you just have to be in view of the green blocks for long enough..
