small progress:

I used number code ignoring "K", like L=5, S=8, L=9, S=4, L=3 and I heard a sound, but couldn't find what caused it yet.

found phone in locked drawer, but don't know what number to call

zippy -- so you just alternated the numbers between the l and s on the chair?
