Thank you thank you. Finally got it. The keypad room number code is all over the room you just have to

substitute Bc with the correct number

when you unscramble the letters you found on the walls you will get the correct order of numbers

do you see the numbers in the locker? if you go left and right, you'll see coloured arrows pointing on the numbers

you need to find all 5 notes, don't worry about the japanese characters, just spell out the 4 colors. Once you have the order of colors you peek inside the locker and colored arrows will point to certain numbers. There are 3 angles to peek in from
