i dont get the annoying 2nd note i dunno which holiday to use there are so many

The books content all the same, but the bottom row on the left had other. There I got a paper and painted it green. The brush disappeared. The note says 27 Ms = ? c

This one I got by using the knife on the bed feetend. The knife rest in inventory. The note says 1 + 2

When you use the knife on the wall right from shelf, you get an orange button. Use this on the Paprika. The button disappears, the paprika, someone call them pepper, opens. The third note says: 211 429 ? 54

Ah, you don't need knife for the 2nd note.
You use the holiday date between 29th April and 4th May

I had to look up the safe code on another site, I just don't get it.

2753 opened the safe. How can C = 2700? 27M would be 27000. C is hundred so there would be 270 of them in 27M. 270 + 53 = 323.

1 m = 10 dm = 100 cm; 2 m = 200 cm; 20 m = 2000 cm; 27 m = 2700 cm. Here is M for m and C for cm written.

Orange knob is used on the right hand pepper for another note (I think!!).

The first note says 27m=?c and requires you to convert 27 metres into centimetres (1 m = 100cm). That should give you the number

2700.

The second note says 211 419 ? 54. These are dates of Japanese Public Holidays (see earlier in the thread for posts with wiki links). 211 = 11th February, 419 is 19th April, etc. The ? is the one between 19th April (419) and 4th May (54) which is

3rd May. So ? is 53.

The green note reads 1+2. So the code you need for the green safe/cupboard is

53+2700 = 2753
