thing on the ceiling? I have the combined stick crowbar, but I am unable to get anything from the ceiling on the close up view.

see the soot stain on the ceiling? Upper right corner in view of bed. If you open up a black hole, look around more closely at the floor near the green pot

I can zoom in on it, but I don't see anything there.

Assuming you mean the green pot:

I am trying to remember but click around the right side to get to the back of the green pot
