It is obvious that I have to work on

color code
but how?
It is a 4x4 grid
where the others are
3x3

Any help?

Pay close attention to the 2 colored items on the shelf. The colors correspond with the color of the lights in each box.

You want to match the shape corresponding to the lights. For example, one is a square. You create a square with the correct color lights, and a plus sign, and an X.

I hope that helps and makes sense.

You need to

light up lights in boxes in a specific combination

on the floor with boxes you should find a hint with patterns for the lights. they are hard to miss

may the colours guide you!

I can't seem to get the gate/bars open.. I fixed the wire.. and still nothing..... what to do, what to do??

And I can not seem to reach the box next to the gate..

EDIT: Ok I worked out how to get to the box next to the gate.. Ive got all the box lit up, and still nothing.

well you can give it a try anyway, it's pretty funny in some moments - but it's rather a black humor I think that most challening would be to write a walkthrough for that game...and not to die writing it

I died so many times in "get lost" game during past hour that I can stand dying once in "Escapers"

me too, I used to ride a bike once when I was a child but wasn't actually steering it

I think I have done almost everything that should be done but can't reach

the box with yellow lights so can't open main gate yet

Yay!!! A new one for before I go to sleep. *rushes off to play*

EDIT: I have:

a screwdriver (used), a handle (used), stool (used), flashlight (used), an alarm clock (used), wire part (used)

Still looking...not sure what to do next.

EDIT 2: I'm not sure what to do with

the three boxes upstairs that have the circles that light up when you click them...

EDIT 3: And I'm out!! But I had to play again cuz I died and got a bad ending. Thanks for the help from Nordinho to see what I had to do for the good ending.
