Let me see... I've got the keycard and coin from the 'transit room' that leads to rooms A, C, G and T. I found a banana in room T and a lichen-covered rock in room G. I also found the pipe in room C. And yes, I did get the tissue sample. I managed to open the medicine cabinet (secret room, they call it...) before I even turned the power on, so I doubt troubles finding it mean anything more than that it has a very small 'sweet spot' for opening it. I've used the tissue sample, the rock and the keycard. Now if only I had the faintest idea what I'm supposed to do next...

Find something else... there's a biological specimen tank in the lab that, if you can get to it, you can open up by inputting the right temperature for biological materials.

It's just like the coin; if you aren't in exactly the right spot, you can't see it.

And the coin becomes useable after you've put the virus in the dispenser... I still don't know why you'd want to do that even if you do have a vaccine on hand.
