i got a remote from behind the desk...batteries...2 notes and keys i already put the batteries in the remote anyone know anything else

I found a note about TV program, remote control and battery... thats all
under the carpet you have to put in numbers, but donn't know how. Tried every number, nothing happened. And behind the picture there is a small door (safe?) but it won't open.
