language is NOT a factor!
it doesn't work using firefox either so don't even try.

found a rock, a cable with a plug (no help from that as the thing it plugged into appears broken) and a K shaped key (used) & a W shaped key neither of which fit the drawer. the W key won't fit where the K key did.
also got a time machine that won't open, a door with no handle, some control panel that has no power and a keyboard you can't use.

i found another key which fit in the door thingy but that's it.

I'm thinking we need to break something but can't find anything to break

I found all the items, but can't figure out the code, only a URL on the celling when I switch off the light, and I got some word from that URL, still can't lead me the the code:

It does work with FF for me. I have no idea why it doesn't work with FF for you. I see you have upgraded to the 2.0.0.14 version, so that couldn't be it.
The only difference I see is that I use the en-US version and you the en-GB version. But it would be stupid if that would be the problem.

Well anyway I am glad it works for you with IE.

i actually now got it to work with firefox.
i smashed the window & got some glass (used), got a bit of wire (used).
got the security card (used) and now have a Y shaped key.
I cant find where to use that or the W shaped key.

I get to the point where I can switch off the lights, and I can't find anything else to do after that. What am I missing?

Well...how are you switching off lights. Maybe if I can get to that point I can help

I'm still stuck with K key in slot on panel, W & Y keys that won't go in. That's it.
