gotten the screws in right, according to the previous post... is there another step before opening the box?

I guess there is not, maybe You should try to set the

x-screw in proper position - not "+" but "x"

This is the 3rd installment in this Japanese room escape game series. Once again your task is to use items and solve puzzles to get out of the room.

I have

screwdriver (used), screw, card with two sets of 4 numbers, an odd-looking bent piece of metal with sharp ends (used). Everything is still available in my inventory, even if used, so there may be multiple uses for things.

Just spinning around the room now trying to find something else to do.

Also found

a piece of wire (used) and a magnet, and another screw

Hmmm.... I haven't found anything new in a while and I'm not sure that I exactly know what to do with the

screws. I think they are actually operations signs for math, but I haven't found any place to enter a code yet. Maybe inside the box?

Oh! And, look closely at another item you already have. There's something hidden inside.

You are only looking for 3 screws. You'll need to do some math with the figures from that card to figure out which operators you are using and which holes in the box to put them in.

9 ? (2?4) = 1 where ? is either -, x, or : I know you can figure out the rest, including the next line in the puzzle.

to open the panel after removing the screw, but it appeared I had to use one specific item to open it.

Yes. Use the tweezers to take them out and replace them as many times as you like.

Lol, I searched and searched to find a fourth screw but then I read you only need three.
Not sure if everyone gets the same numbers, but here is the math:

9241 >> 9-(2*4)=1
1025 >> 10/2=5
