follow the black directions not the red. if you look at the Y's as the bottom part is the hall you are currently in, then you would follow the black part.

cue stick, 9 balls racked on the table with the cue ball, the chalk, the photo, and both notes

No clue what to do next.

Did you put the cue on the table? And what about the cue ball?

push the button on the right side of the shelves, then climb the "coat rack" looking ladder.

Edited: I also have balls properly racked and cue ball on table. Cue stick doesn't want to go on table. Haven't been able to chalk the cue stick either, if I'm meant to.

I cany work out the value of the balls. (in snooker) black is 7 blue is 5 yellow is 2, we dont have a white and yellow

Okay, I'm upstairs but the "Dude" won't let me pass. What must I do to get the last balls? Also I'm still having issues with the Blue Code number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW This is a great game!

have been clicking everywhere

Could someone advise me as to where to click to get out of a place that zooms in? I have been clicking and clicking and clicking and finally I get out, problem is I don't know where it was I clicked. Is there a certain spot? On all, eg the laptop zoom in? Where do I click to go back to the room? I like these games but this clicking eventually drives me away. So any help is appreciated.
