I have found a duck tape, two keys, a letter, painting of a girl, painting of a man. I have opened the door but he wont go out in the hallway cause he wants more information. Stuck at this moment.

You have completed what is the game for now. This is the authors first game. They will be continuing it later (it says that at the end), when you open the door.
