to do that...

cut the lemons using the knife on the cutting board near the sink...place the lemons in the cups next to the fridge, put the copper pieces and aluminum pieces into the lemons, then put the cables on them...voila, your fridge is OPEN!

how were the double doors in the kitchen opened then?
i never found a code for them

For the double doors ending:

pick up flashlight again after opening first door, go out door ONLY to first screen, click on bins on the right, using torch look into bin, take paper, go BACK into house, put paper into the ripped out space in the back of the blue book, NOTE: the numbers on that paper are not the code! Click back a page in the book where the ink splodges are, these show where in each word you need to take letters from, these letters are roman numerals and when translated these are the code for the double doors...you also need the swipe card

walkthrough

just in case anyone wants one...

click on the box of lemons on the shelf in first scene to get lemons
click the light switch beside the door to turn light off, then go RIGHT ONCE
make note of where the shiny light is and click on it a few times (this is right beside the pile of bowls to the right on the top shelf)

go LEFT ONCE, turn light back on go RIGHT ONCE, click where you saw the shiny light and pick up the copper pieces
highlight the lemons and then click on the knife that is on the cutting board beside the sink to slice them
open drawer to the left and get fork

go RIGHT ONCE, click on the picture on the wall to zoom in
click the left top corner, then the right top corner then the right top corner again to knock picture off the wall, this will reveal the orange box, you will use this later!
zoom out, click the frame of the pic on the floor, turn pic around by clicking topmost left corner, use fork to open the back and get paper

go RIGHT ONCE and click on the left oven door to get the blue book, while still in that view, click on the silver spot that is sticking out beside the oven to zoom in on knob, turn on the gas and zoom out

highlight the blue book, click "about item" and open the book, flip through all of the pages until you are looking at the back cover to get a key card...close the blue book

click on the right oven door to get second piece of paper and then click on grey boxes on top of the oven to get the cheese, zoom out and then click on the left side of the stovetop to zoom in

highlight the cheese and do "about item", put fork in it, then turn left most knob on stovetop to turn on the burner, melt the cheese, take it off the fork

go RIGHT ONCE click on the black hole that is to the right bottom of the open box...this reveals a mouse hole, place cheese and back away...then click on the box that is open on the floor, get the box of aluminum foil, keep clicking on the foil until it becomes a set of four aluminum strips, zoom out and then zoom back in on the hole...the mouse is eating the cheese, but don't forget to pick up the key he has left behind in his hole before you zoom out again!

while still in this scene, click on paper number 2 and "about item" to examine it, then add paper number one to it...hold them up to the light...this is your code to the computer...keep in mind it is in ALL CAPS!

go RIGHT TWICE use key on drawer to the right and open to get the jumper cables...now you have everything you need to open the fridge!!! but wait!!! you have to unlock something first!!!

go RIGHT ONCE and click on the computer...click on the power switch and then the bottom file folder...put in the code from the two pieces of paper...remember ALL CAPS!

KITCHEN

zoom out and then go LEFT ONCE, zoom in on the cups on the table and put the lemons in the cups, then put the aluminum pieces, the copper pieces and the jumper cables there too...FRIDGE IS UNLOCKED!!!

zoom out, open fridge and take the cards on the bottom shelf of fridge...there's another paper, but not sure what it does...you can't take it, just look at it...zoom out

go RIGHT ONCE and click on the left most paper hanging on the shelf...this is the "code" to the pics and what order they need to be in...zoom out...click on the orange box in the wall...highlight your pile of pics and then click on the box below all of the squares...put the pics in order

pink dress, glasses, parrot, orange shirt, red shirt, blue shirt and the one in the box thanks to kelly for the order!!!

press enter and take flashlight

go LEFT TWICE, highlight flashlight to turn it on then put in on the floor where the marks indicate, turn off light and then go LEFT ONCE, notice where the flashlight is highlighting...this is the code for the door to go outside...

go RIGHT ONCE, turn on light, pick flashlight back up...now zoom in to keypad below the light switch to put in the code...open the door, click on the second trashcan and then highlight your flashlight to look inside, take paper

look at the blue book again, flip to last page where it is torn and put the piece of paper from the trashcan into the book...flip back a page and notice where the black spots are...those spots highlight which letters on the torn page need to be used for the code to the double doors

they are roman numerals V I IX IV for 5194

go back inside to the double doors, click on the keypad, use the keycard on the keypad slot and then input the code...open the double doors to attend the party and you're done!!!

Thanks, MB. I'm wondering if there are other jumper cable besides

the ones in the box above the cups with the lemons in it

. I've got the lemons in, the copper in (must not have been stolen. Yet. ) aluminum in, but those particular cables will not go in for me...

Well, started too late, I've 9 items, and I've used all but 4 - well, probably 3. I've spotted the critters front door but have not seen him. Missing an item to finish a problem. Used one code. Noticed the sweat on the brow of the guy talking to me in squares *grin*
Shall look for hints reall quick. almost 1 a.m. and tomorrow we have to prepare for that darn storm blowing our way.

NORMAL END and in the line below says Special End .. and things I don't understand.
Probably should replay to get the special End?
Good one. Aha! I left the burner on - probably not a good idea *grin*
