how can i find the code?i got the diary but couldn't find how to get the code from all those numbers!

highlight the punchcard (with holes in it) and move it over the numbers until you get to the place where all the holes have a number in them - these numbers are the code

my cursor and the pointer are out of alignment .. good heavens! Thought leaving the page and chatting and then going back might help .. or I'll try restarting.
Happened again - so I can't turn left .. as the pointer won't reach the arrows.

Nannajoy, the same thing happened to me, but it got out of alignment when I zoomed in. Try zooming in again and drag the screen down until your cursor is above the game cursor. Once its above it, zoom out. Keep doing this until you are satisfied with it. Hope that helps.

I'm out with good ending. After seeing the video, I didn't dare open the closet door (I had already seen someone looking out at me. I didn't have the patience to go back and try for another ending. Maybe some other time, and a little constructive criticism for all you game developers out there who don't include this: if you are going to make a variety of endings, try an option where we can go back and try again without having to restart the whole game. These games are awesome, but it's very frustrating to have to replay the whole game again just to see a different ending.

My cursor was driving me nuts too! I finished the game but not sure if it was worth it.
