tape on the cup and then i could fill it with water and add soap

ok, so I made the sink work! but still kind of clueless now. I have the paper, and what appears to be tape, but I can't do anything with them. And I can't fill my cup.

I just had that one that you have and an all black one that I combined with it. Forgot where I found it now... help someone? Was it on the shelf? or under a stool?
