I only see a small triangle part of the cabinet and get no respond when I click on it. What's wrong?

Okay...so this game...
I have 3 keys, one paper with the number 1 on it, the green wire, the bolt, a knife and a telescope. I have seen three papers..one out the window. the one that i have, and the one on the ceiling. So but I dont know what to do next...

thanx for the walkthrough, the game was terrible and the author should be shot for screwin us over by hiding the itmes like that... but good walkthrough
