brush, dental glue, tooth brush, dentures (in glass) suction nozzle, metal plate, control valve

Help please....

Just noticed something....

I was able to pick something up just right of the big pip above the toilet, which made stuff in my inventory move, but there is nothing ther??

Try combining stuff in your inventory. Just about everything except the brush and plunger can be combined one way or another.
After that, talk to the "moth?" above the mirror about where to use the brush and plunger.

EDIT: Oh yeah, as to that thing you clicked, and got nothing, it is just a glitch item. I went back, and got that before any of my other items, and they all started stacking up and going off screen to the left.

first try

taking the denture and combining it with the metal plate

Just click on something (It should follow the mouse) and then click on something else.
I figured it out by just combining random items until they wouldn't combine anymore, XD
