you have to zoom in on the string, select the earthworm and pixel hunt like a madwoman.... which I thought I was doing in the first place...

I found it!

Click behind the note and see the numbers of the cupboards. Then open 1234, close 1234, open 3142, close 43, open 3, close 231, click the 3rd option, open 1234. And you'll get the flour!

You can turn the note with the door hint. For those who have no success in doing this:

I had to turn some times to the screen with door, still the cats came helping with shelf. Perhaps you have to click shelf and bottom cat in a certain order?

First I didn't want go out because I missed some items and didnT want to risk a "perfekt" end - at least I went out and had so much to do, lol
