Anyone playing i have got 11 items and does anyone know how to get the code????

Hi! I'm playing!
I have done several things and I'm a bit stuck!
I have

1,2,3,5 and 6 tiles, 5 gems (?), balloon, bowl, doll, book, stool and white paper

i also used several items frm my inventory nd now wht i hv is..

1, ,2, 3, ,5, 6 (dice)...balloon,,handle,,stool..a book nd a blak paper .. i think we hv to find total 7 gems out of which i hv only 4..nd now stuck..

Use the handle under the lion above the bath tub

Now I also have

a tube? glue? I don't know

pick up the nail from right of the drawers and use it on the balloon!

brown paper is a dirty cloth you hv to wash it out..

Thanks for the hint. I had the washing powder and spoon but didn't know what to wash.
