Hmmm

So you have set the planets on the top part of the room with spaceship? And added fuel bottle, and activated it, to fill the ship with fuel?
I think then you need to go upstairs again to check machine

You have to turn the three rings to make the same pattern as you see in one of the windows (hope that's the circle thing you mean).
