First you need screwdriver and ladder.

When you got them

lean ladder against house, check the ventilation

Check the right vent on the building below the satellite dish after you put the ladder in position. You need to use the screwdriver on the bottom line of the vent to get the key. Its the only line you cant open by clicking on.

Use it on the

vent on the right side of the screen when you are looking at the side of the roof you picked up the ladder. When you zoom in on it you need to click the right side to look at it from the side first.
