FINALLY I DID IT ! one key is under one of the things that are on the walls but you have to do it with the RASTRILLO and the other behind the blue box, you have to do a click in the left..

i have 9 keys how do get the one that you have to use the rake and hit the ball, i cant do that

There is a screwdriver in the ball, not a key. Do you have the screwdriver in your inventory?

Then you have used the drake on the rake. I don't know which of the keys you miss... Do you remember from where you got the 9?

i got a screw driver but it was;nt IN the ball it was on the flor, is that the one??

i have tho one on the lamp
i have the one on the wall paper
the one on the shelf
the one under the green box
i think there was one on the window
i dont remember the other ones

Yes, if you use the rake on the ball, it explodes and you find the screwdriver on the floor.
So look at the walkthrough where you find 9 keys (the ball step is wrong there because as I said you don't get a key but the screwdriver).

You probably miss the 10th key between the blue box and the wall part next to the door. Click at the far end of the blue box on the floor to reveal the key.
