Click on the box between the cylinders on the start screen, then click on box again to look on the floor next to it

On the starting screen at the bottom (on the fence)

I found it at the very top of the right side towers. Farthest one to the right i believe. I had to zoom to 200% to see it. It was on a small patch of green.
