all i have is a tie which i already used.

put ball from shirt pocket in extinguisher and pull trigger

to use axe

you have to be in front of extinguisher

things happen in order.. to get ball you first have to place the extinguisher

place extinguisher, then get ball, place ball, activate extinguisher, get axe, click axe in inventory, get hanger, click it in inventory, use on hole

This was a buggy one. Had to start over from the tie 3 times because of accidental fire extinguisher clicking.

razortoothsb101, after you use the tie, you have to find the crowbar.

Check around the elevator door, there is a faint outline of a box.
