Walkthrough

Pick up the rope
Go left and click the tooth
Go left twice and pick up the oar
Go left and hit the pink hanging thing
Go right, get the feather
Right again and tickle the tongue. Get the fishing rod.
Go left twice and click the soda can to get the worm.
Go left twice again and click the fishing rod
You get a seal. Go up and put the seal in the blowhole
The whale's mouth is open and you're out!
