Point and click type room escape game. You went to a bath before the club. But you slipped and banged your head. After that the bathroom door is locked and you can´t remember your security codes anymore.

Got two more objects and stuck again..

Yeah I saw that clue, but, however I'm interpreting it isn't working as a code. I tried

435 (for the points on each shape)
and
684 (for the letters in square triangle star)

Can you clue me in?
