Checked the walkthrough. All you need to do is

multiply the first and third numbers. The total is the door code. You do nothing with the rest of the numbers

I have a different tv pic. it points to three numbers and has a plus sign above it. adding those 3 numbers doesn't work.

I'm still stuuuccckkkkk..... My TV code has a halfmoon line above the numbers with an x underneath it, and the lines are touching the second and fifth numbers. I've tried multiplying all different ways, nothing. Anyone have that configuration, or can help me.....??? PLEASE!!!!

I have that same configuration and tried what you did.... and multiplying 2nd and 5th worked.

Edit: Now I think of it: did you hit the Enter button after entering the code? Because you really shouldn't; just click the door handle.
