1. Behind picture (click top left, top right, bottom left)
2. In second drawer of small unit
3. In left hand cupboard of wall unit (use green key)
4. In right hand cupboard of wall unit (use yellow key)
5. Under the cup
6. In second drawer in the middle
7. On far side of the platform where the 3 pots stand
8. Under the corner of the rug nerest the desk
9. Inside the right air vent (use the umbrella)
10. Between the first (nearest) and second plant

keys:

one in between the 1st and second plant on shelf
one far end of shelf
key in last draw down... opens the far end cuboard door, get 3rd a key
middle set of draw second draw down...4th key
last set of draws 3rd one down green key opens other cuboard door, 5th key
on picture click top left corner, then top right then bottom left, get 6th key
click umbrella, use it on right air vent on bottom, get 7th key
cup on table, 8th key
bottom draw on table 9th key
bottom of carpet 10th key

i did that in like three mins and i had no help, how much more easy could they have made that? also you'd think they could have come up with a decent ending, that was crap.

ok guys... after reading the whole thread i cant see anything except an umbrelle, 2 keys, a pen and a scissor in the beginning. after i have taken these items, the screen is completeley black. so i dont see anything!
the latest update of flash is already installed...
what can i do??? can somebody help me please????

I can' tell. If you have Flash Player 8, maybe it has to do with your browser. I use IE and it works without any problems.

im missing one key, ive gotton all the ones in the drawers and TV cabinets and the picture and the carpet and the flower pot thing on the left help
