Click in the middle of the chainsaws handle and you will get it. It is a bit difficult but possible

Hellokitty... there is only one little bluish item at the left-hand side of the front part of the shelf. It's the shelf under the top one. Don't look at the large shelf at the back, it's right at the front left-hand side.
