Yes it has a hook at the end.
And I still have the magnifying glass too

There are 5 spots which we dont seem to use

1. Under the piano - 2. Above the back window - 3. The far top left side of the Computer desk - 4. the window with the plane and 5. the dart board.

OK, I have the same. In previous posts, people were talking about half a key...could this be it? Or do you think they meant that one place that needs 2 keys? At this point, I am just searching for any places I have not yet discovered. So far, I have not found anything new. I am wondering about the dart board and the light (when you click on the window looking area in the 2nd view).
