Pink key

Can anybody give me a hint on the number puzzle with the pink key? I see a number sequence hidden twice in the room, but I can't tell if they're related. Thanks!

I honestly usually use brute force:

22 + 57 = 79
79 * 7 = 553
553 - 172 = 381
381 + 57 = 438
438 * 7 = xxxx
xxxx - 172 = yyyy

how come , even after I complete the picture puzzle , it doesn't give me a key? Do I have to click on something ? I'm a total newbie to this stuff , but it's fun!

If you do not get an item from a puzzle, you have a mistake. Enlarge the picture and look again.
