Hmm.. not clicking fast enough?

I clicked all over the floor in front of the ice blocks - got a hat.. clicked on other floors and got what I thought was repeat pieces but when back at the snowman I noted those pieces were missing from he snowman.

Going to hang it up - no key or missing unknown piece.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong at the ice block wall. No key, no nothing.
