I tried changing the pictures to cat,rooster,pig,dog and pressing buttons for dog,cat,rooster, pig. Nothing. Tried switching the pictures for the buttons in that order. Nothing. Where is the clue for that puzzle??

You have to think of it as a 24hr clock. So it would be 21:01:21
