Having trouble with the puzzle this time

That was a tricky picture puzzle, but so beautifully rendered I am in awe! Who is the artist? If it's you, GH, can I have a copy??

Have tried it a few times, zoomed in at 400% but just don't get it right

Where do you find the place at to use the keys. Tried everywhere. I am stumped.

Look to the right of the big blue flower pot, there is a long rectangular flower pot.

hate it! the puzzle annoyed me! i think every piece is right but nothing come out!

That puzzle was really hard work. I magnified so much I forget to check if tool was there...OMG!
I am still not out as I can't get the Green Key answer...only one vowel, and as I look around, I can't seem to spot the answer....hope I see it soon as I have to go but don't want to redo games as puzzle a killer...

Update: I'm out...where is my mind at; I think I was having a gray moment!
