Wow... got everything done... but no door key?? Now what am I missing??

On a place where you had to use a tool to get a key there's another blurry spot where you have to use another tool

you need two tools; a screwdriver and some kind of nippers

Hello Kzin - thank you. I'm using Chrome and the game is now loading. I don't normally have a problem but yesterday, I tried several times. The game started to load then cut out but there were lots more adverts. Seems ok now.
