Golden Sitting Room Escape

These last two escape the room games - this one and the Great Bedroom Escape - aren't loading for me.
I'm using FF and never had problems with Gamershood before. I've read on other fora that I'm not the only one with this problem.
I'd rather don't want to use IE and I haven't installed Chrome on my PC.
Is there a reason why FF doesn't work anymore?

We're working on it...the problem is, I don't have any problems nor any of the other mods. So we try to reproduce the error.

First scene, turn left.
Yellow chair has green key.
Telephone - Press the center button and note the numbers and corresponding colors.
Second door of the Grey Cabinet has the Purple key, but it is stuck.
Go left.
Red key is to the right of the Yellow Ottoman.
There is a key hidden in the sofa.
Look at the picture and note the heights.
Turn left.
Note the Piano manufacturer.
Blue key is in the books above the piano. Note the orientation of the notes.
Turn left.
On top of the Curio is the Orange Key, but it is nailed down.
The drawer has the key holes.
Insert the Red Key. Do so by dragging the key, and then clicking the key hole.
The puzzle is the word from the piano, get pliers.
Insert Green key. Remember the notes? Get hammer.
Insert Blue key. Solve the KenKen. Get a knife.
Use hammer to get the Orange key from the top of the Curio.
Around the room we go again.
Go Left.
Use pliers to get Purple key.
Go Left.
Cut the sofa for the Yellow key.
Go left twice to the Curio.
Insert Yellow key.
Remember the heights on the painting? Get Bolt Cutter.
Insert the Orange key.
Remember the Telephone? Get Screwdriver.
Insert Purple key and complete the puzzle. Get Black key.
Use Bolt Cutters and Screwdriver and Black key on the exit door.
