after you

put the screw in the floor

use the

"pincher" to pull up the board

It's a bit tricky because you have to get the stupid items lined up exactly right sometimes.

when you

put it in, did you tighten the screw with the knob? try that first

before you use the pincer you must tight the screw

hold the knob and click on each corner of the light. You'll know when you get the right one.
