You have tho click up towards the ceiling and then click up again to view that note on the ceiling.

No, you start by turning clock wise then counter clockwise then back to clock wise...etc. You push the pull button only after you turn to 11.

well you did not say left or right. you say clock wise. but what is it then left or right?
