Stupid Question

Ok this is a stupid question but I just registered here because I found an escape the room game and LOVED it then I found this forum. How do I subscribe to a thread, and what does that mean exactly? I am not a gamer or computer wiz, I just enjoy the games and it passes the time.

How do you move away from a screen when i go on it. e.g. at the beginning i click the tv, how do i move away? i know its a stupid question!!

1)get the bit of paper from the shelves
2)go to the door click bottem of it so u zoom up to it look at the right hand side there should be a pice of paper sticking out click
3)go back to middle of room (still facin the door) click bottem of screen get key use key on the hole near ure feet
