Level 2: I've found it.

I tried it over and over again and at last it worked - after Sabrina has passed the creek click the top wheel to unfreeze the river.

I managed to pass her to the other side of the creek, but I can't prevent her from being the bear's breakfast.

After you get other side, click several times(to be sure) the second wheel, that should fill up the river
