I've clicked everything I can... and tried to drag, too, but no luck. Seems very Renegadish to me!

EDIT: Got it... but I don't know quite how...

Now stuck on 8.

Perhaps you didn't click them enough in the center? That happened to me the first time too.

The order should be:
