Missing #11 & #23 in level 2...

In window of left front building

On one of the lower windows in the building in the back... very faint.

Edit: Now onto level 3... and I can't find #18...

im about to give up just finding 3 and 9 on Level 3. i mean look at the table. there seems to be something that looks like 3 but it isnt 3 and i cant find anything that has 9 on it so im stuffed.

Hey I'll help ya on 3 & 9 if you can remember where 18 is... give me a minute to look...

Look at top right window... the nine is the outline of the right most pane... it is a slightly different color.

I think it is on the ladder, once again it is a slightly different color then the other rungs... I believe that was 3.

yes it was the railing...

and now im done playing this game cause of 2 things:
1. im bored of it
2. i dont care about this game anymore due to how it frustrated me so much.
