I'm having difficulties with finding 1 and 18 on level 3.

it's the apple stick (the wooden thingy of the apple that attaches the apple to the tree. I have no idea how it's called in English. ).

Uggh seems like the game is time limited. I have to start over.

It's on the bottom of the screen, between the apple and the peer. It's vague, and looks like a 13 of smoke.
