Tough one got in desk but am stuck on the calendar puzzle

using numbers it appears that each word is 6=Wine,7=leMons,3=Star,5=waTer,2=cofFee with the black and orange squares giving the letters M,T.W,F,S - so those letters may not means days of the week. However, still can't get code for panel

K-9, D-4, E-1, Coffee-2, fish tank -5, stars-3, wine-0, and lemons-7

but not a clue with to do about it! Quitting
