5 Blk marbles, ladder, marble box, note...

Have silver key...

Select towels as per note from outside.

Map, SD, 1st note, cell, matches, red gemstone, 2nd note, goggles, place tags.

Things to open: bolted box, locked cabinet, 3-digit box, blue door, gold door...
Opened 3-digit box to get green gem.

As per place tags

Used goggles to get blue gem. Opened cabinet to get metal detector.

2nd note /w numbers from phone.

Used to find metal but guess I need a shovel.
Searched again and found secret panel...placed diamonds and now have blk key.
In next house and now have orange gemstone.

Light candle.

Used wh key, now have yellow gemstone and shovel.
Used shovel, now wrench and have blue gemstone. Now to find gold key...
Used metal detector/shovel again...now have gold key, and now pink gemstone.
Found colour code, colour combo box and now have blue key.
Opened blue door and entered 5 letter combo from inventory....not what I though; back to searching...
Tried letters from wall...nope, backtracking & I see safe for gems now so I must have pushed all the switches needed.
Just to find 5 letter combo....

Top rock in rock wall-screen to right of note on tree.

FINALLY..I had tried the letter code 2 ways, but of course there was a 3rd...

SNOWS.

and out with only 98 coins found.....had to seek help twice.
I'm embarrassed to say it took 5123 clicks!
