So far I have

knife (from dock), bow (next to tree with distillery in it), and a fruit (from tree in distillery scene, cut with knife)

and stuck. MAJOR hint: DO NOT click on words to make it go faster, leave it alone, and the rest of the dialogue will continue.

Good game, easier of an Esklavos game. good to see them back at it

Use pick axe on the ring embedded in the rock

The rock, next to the dock, has condensation on it. Use the fruit on it, give to man on the left

Have filled skull; need pin....not sure what to do in portal view?
Had to get help.....I had tried to use gem before but it hadn`t worked....must be a 2 step process???
