Good game, except that I have hit a bug. I cannot get the bottle off of the cursor, will try again later

Restarted, solved a few more puzzles before using the bottle, no problem

Excellent game, I needed help with the arcade. The dot tells where to rotate the arrow, as per earlier clue.
