Solve 3 button combo, to turn on single white button.

First find correct order of horses (it's not the one you first see)....then using 3 steps per to set each button....set as per order.

Look at grate below tap (L to R).

Inside tap spout.

Set picture from under tap, turn top tap arrow then, press white round button on side to turn '1' of the '4' buttons (as defined by tap setting).
