The story of the game is you have been trapped and locked inside a private hospital and there is no one to help you. To escape from the hospital you have to click on the objects around the hospital and use them to solve some puzzles to find the Hidden key to escape. Placed 3 of 4 gloves, found 5 pill bottles.
Not seeing anything else; searching...
Placed botttles, see i need 1 more.
Found directional clue and 3 coloured buttons (that was well hidden!)....

In L scene, hallway....R/S of R screen button.

Now have last bottle & now glove.
Now have clue paper....no idea what to do /w it?
How did I miss that before? Now have key, and out.

In far L scene; wall above letter clue.
