Trying L/R but not seeing correct colours...?
I see it now...I was using wrong clue for colours.
3 Digits had me going for a bit, but then I saw it...now have dolphin key.

the objects containing the 3 clues make the 'shape' of a number.

1st part of dock...L/S water.
